Spencer Sinclair grew up and attended school in the Central Valley, graduating as the Valedictorian from Stockton’s Humphreys School of Law in 2013. At age 22, he became one of the youngest persons to ever become a lawyer in the State of California. He handles a variety of civil matters, including employment, personal injury, and civil litigation. Spencer has served on the Board of Directors of the San Joaquin County Bar Association and Bar Foundation, and as Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Section of the Bar Association. In 2020, Spencer was named a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star as a Top-Rated Employment & Labor Attorney in Stockton, CA. He is an active member of the San Joaquin County Bar Association and the Consuelo Callahan Inn of Court. Spencer is also an adjunct law professor at Humphreys Drivon School of Law, where he teaches Employment Law.
